Contestant Info
The Miss Mission Beach Pageant is a fund raising event to benefit adaptive sports programs in San Diego County. The Miss Mission Beach San Diego is a 501c3 organization. This is an all volunteer organization. This organization donates proceeds to various adaptive sports events within the county of San Diego.
We provide the opportunity for young woman over 18 years old to compete for the Miss Mission Beach (MMB) title. MMB will make various appearances during the year, such as various adaptive sports events, wheelchair events, the St Patrick’s Day Parade and other events. These events will be scheduled to help promote the Miss Mission Beach title and support adaptive sports. It will also give those women who seek a “Miss Title” an opportunity to go on to other pageants.
Entry packages are due by May (See Latest News for Key Dates). A $100 deposit from the contestant will also be required at this time. This deposit will be returned to the contestant upon check in the day of the pageant. All checks are to be made out to “Miss Mission Beach San Diego”. Contestants are encouraged to have a $250 sponsor and if possible help raise contributions for the MMB organization. All contributions raised will be provided to the Miss Mission Beach Organization no later than the day of the pageant. Keep in mind this is a
501c3 charity that benefits Adaptive Sports Events in San Diego County and could be a tax deduction.

We are limited to the number of contestant openings, so please send in your entry forms or reserve a contestant space as soon as possible. There will be a mandatory contestant meeting one evening during the week prior to pageant. This meeting will answer any last minute questions and give more details on the Pageant. Contestants are required to attend. The date, time and location will be provided in your confirmation Email.
Contestants will be provided storage and a changing area backstage. The contestants while backstage will not be able to have visitors or guests. You will be able to enjoy the party and visit with your friends once the pageant has concluded.
