About Us
The Miss Mission Beach Organization is a fund raising group that donates its proceeds to Adaptive Sports in San Diego County.
Miss Mission Beach San Diego (MMBSD) is a 501C3 organization and all volunteer organization. MMBSD is dedicated to benefiting the lives of children and adults with physical disabilities through sports.
Our Pageant provides the opportunity for young women over 18 years old to compete for the Miss Mission Beach (MMB) title. Miss Mission Beach will make various appearances during the year at various Adaptive Sports Events, the St Patrick’s Day Parade and other events. These events will be scheduled to help promote the Miss Mission Beach Title and the mission of the Miss Mission Beach Organization. She and the runner up will also have the opportunity to volunteer at various events to help with Adaptive Sports Events. Many of these events are sponsored by the Adaptive Sports & Recreation Association, Therapeutic Recreation Services and Living Spinal. It will also give those women who seek a “Miss Title” to go on to other pageants with a title.
